Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping within Australia
We ship with Australia Post and selected local couriers. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.

• Standard Shipping: calculated at checkout.

• Free Shipping: on orders over AUD 100 (Australia only). 

International Shipping
We currently ship to several countries. Estimated delivery times are 10–20 business days, depending on the country and customs processes. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking
All orders include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

Delays & Responsibility
Delivery times are estimates only. We’re not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility passes to the customer.

Exceptions
We don’t ship items classified as dangerous or restricted (e.g., flammable liquids or hazardous materials).
